ii Our buildings are engineered to withstand Very High Wind Zones, for when that really BIG storm hits. Most others do not meet this standard.
iii We’ve cut no corners, or omitted anything, just to save money. We aim to produce a genuinely great building.
iv Every building plan we produce, is subjected to an independent engineering review. This means you can build with confidence.
v We’ve designed our buildings to align with the building code. Not everybody does. This makes it cheaper for them, but risks your warranties, and restricts options for alternative building uses in the future. 

A No matter how good the design, the building will disappoint, if substandard materials are used. There’s 5 important points to be aware of:

i We use certified SG8 (structural grade 8) timber in for all structural members of the building.
ii We use minimum H3 grade (outdoor treated) for all roofing & outer wall structure. We’ve seen to many other sheds with degraded timbers, where lower grades have been used.
iii Our poles are always H5 treated. Designed for long lasting in-ground situations. This is the same treatment that house piles receive
iv We source our materials from NZ manufacturers, so you know they will meet our standards.
v Suppliers warranties available for all materials. This may not be the case with others, where designs do not meet the manufacturers specifications.

iii In some areas we have building partnerships established. We only form these with builders we feel can deliver high quality service.
iv Technical construction assistance is available for those either employing their own builder, or contemplating building themselves
